Grant Nadell is Vice President of Sales for Ease, where he oversees sales operations, sales strategy and consulting services. A service-oriented sales leader with over 20 years of technology sales and consulting services experience, Grant is an expert in managing the delivery of large-scale complex enterprise technology projects for Fortune 500 organizations.
Before joining the Ease leadership team, Grant was Managing Director for DynTek Services, a top IT reseller providing hardware and software solutions for mid-to-enterprise sized organizations nationwide. Grant helped hundreds of Southern California customers make the technology paradigm shift to virtualization during VMware’s meteoric rise of the mid 2000’s. Earlier in his career, he led the turnaround of Citrix’s company leading western US sales region, with deeper and wider solution penetration into enterprise customers and expansion of channel partner relationships.
With an eye for identifying and hiring talented people and a track record for building successful customer-centric teams, Grant is known for his analytical skills, ingenious problem-solving mind and collaborative approach. His expertise in enterprise technology sales and delivery gives him the tools to streamline sales and service processes while aligning solutions with clients’ unique business needs. Grant is a SUNY Albany alum and is highly engaged in Cal South’s youth soccer community.
